Lynn Rogers joined CONEX as chief executive officer in 2002. Responsible for operations, business development and future planning for long-term growth, Lynn has brought extensive marketing and operations expertise from over 17 years of employment with The Walt Disney Company as director of merchandise branding and vice president of Downtown Disney in Anaheim, Calif. As a result of Lynn's contributions to the CONEX family, the company has achieved an increase in revenues of over 514%.
When not working, Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, two dogs and three Bengal cats, as well as working in her gardens.
Paul Rogers
Founder and President
With over 20 years of roofing experience, Paul Rogers founded CONEX Roofing Company in 1998 after recognizing the need for an honest, high-quality roofing solution. Paul's belief in CONEX and what it stands for is unsurpassed. His passion for the company, its products and its customers is a major force behind CONEX’s success. He is unwavering in his dedication to offering only the best and appropriate roofing solutions to his customers. In his spare time, Paul likes driving his 1967 Shelby Cobra Replica, in the company colors of red and yellow, of course.
Terry Craine
Vice President
Heading up our Oregon office is Vice President Terry Craine, who is responsible for new business development in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to CONEX, Terry spent over 20 years in fire service, where five of those years were spent as fire chief of Rogue Valley International Airport. This foundation has proven very beneficial to his next post working with Duro-Last Roofing for over six years. Starting out in the quality assurance department, doing inspections and training contractors on product installation, Terry quickly moved up the ranks with Dura-Last to regional manager for the state of California, where his duties included territory management, marketing and sales. In this position, Terry successfully grew his territory over 36% in less than two years.
Terry enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle and participating in the local Boy Scouts, where he is an assistant scout master helping young boys become the leaders of tomorrow.
